This townhome offers a spacious first and second floor layout that will offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple flat-screen TVs however, one bedroom with the queen room does not have cable but there is a smart DVD player, free Wi-Fi & free parking. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a patio area off the back of the property. Exterior of property is under 24 hour video surveillance.

Fairway Oaks has it's own private community pool & playground.

Family vacation
The home was large enough for our family of 5, it was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The Keurig was an added bonus I wasn’t expecting, I had brought my own but didn’t even need to unpack it.
Perfect distance to walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were clean along with the pool deck. I will definitely use North Besch Reality for my next vacation.

Easy and nice
Everything was really easy. Showed up after hours and got our keys without any hassle. The house was clean and like the pictures. Would recommend.

Relaxing stay
We loved the condo , I think whoever cleans needs to make sure to sweep and mop all floors, kitchen floor had food on it and I ended up mopping it and water was black !! I clean houses for a living and was quite surprised with the cleaning , we had to wait two days to have a propane tank filled, and I had to make additional phone call when everybody thought that it was taken care of and when it wasn’t, but it got taken care of finally

Fun Escape
This is our 2nd stay at this location and it met all our needs better than the previous trip. Plan to return in the future.

Great Spot
The unit was in a great spot. Nice and quiet and close to the beach. The only down side was the delay in getting in. After travelling 14 hours to get their for our 4pm check in it was not ready until after 5pm. Otherwise the place worked out very well.

Very Nice Place
The house was very nice. It could have been a little cleaner, a lot of dust and the molding wasn't clean. The beds could use an upgrade. We had to buy a mattress topper to make the bed more comfortably. It is in a good location. The pool was very nice.

Beginning of the Summer Vacay
3 bedrooms, 2 bath, living room and kitchen
Very clean, laughed at no TP, PT and wash anything. But everything was cozy.

Fun in the Sun
Simple,Straightforward and Satisfied. The process was easy the place was located perfectly from the Ocean, Restaurants and Entertainment. Only drawback was Pool hours continuously changed due to “issues with lighting”?! When you could go it was nice and quiet to hang out in am while teens slept the day away ;op and husband golfed! Home was represented well in photos.
