We loved being in close proximity to the beach, loved the porch swing. However the roaches we encountered were very off putting. We had to go purchase bug spray and after 2days I called and management sent someone to spray. They need to update the property, if I wanted to stay in a cabin I would have gone to the mountains. To much wood! And one of the beds was broken, ceiling fan light in bedroom broken, and shades at some windows, broken. One of ceiling fans on outside porch was missing fan blades. The floors were dirty, and kitchen table sticky no matter how much you cleaned it. Rooms were to small. Outside seating on the back patio were broken. After all that we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay! The staff was awesome! If this property was updated I would invite my friends! UPDATE PLEASE! Location is phenomenal!

Loved the location, easy to get to everything we wanted to do. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful when Hurricane Ian was coming telling us what to expect and the best place to park the motorcycles to protect them from any damage. Girls in office were very friendly and it was easy to extend our stay a few days because of the storm. Will definitely use them in the future.

Like the feel of an old beach cottage no way it could accommodate 11 people comfortably a bit crowded with our family of six only one frying pan that was nonstick but was all scarred up definitely a great location refrigerator did not have any door shelves so the refrigerator became very crowded with our food short walk to the beach great porch we spend a lot of time on the porch. Would probably run it again because of location but the few little updates would be great

Great location, a short walk over to the beach. Great space for a small family. It’s reviewed to sleep 11 people, but with my family of 6 it was even a bit too crowded. I would not recommended using the out door shower, there is no drain, the only “drain” is the actual deck. It is now making the wood rot and I’m sure it won’t be too long until it breaks through while someone is rinsing off. Very dangerous. Other than that the porch is the best part of the house!!! We spent a lot of time out there. Cleaning could have been better, the space needs a remodel or at least some updates in regards to the furniture. It is dog friendly but when you walk in, all you smell is dogs. The couches were COVERED in dog hair. The furniture has several areas of wear and tear. Overall, great location but would do a lot better if It was a bit more updated.

The owners of high tide and low tide were so accommodating to let us stay for 3 + mos while looking for a house to buy I am very grateful for their kindness and North Beach Realty was so helpful every time I needed something these 2 properties are 2 min walk to Beach always a breeze close to great restaurants and more highly recommended

The location of this property was great! Just a two block walk to the beach. All of the other touristy things that Myrtle Beach has to offer were just a short drive away. The management company was easy to deal with, and was able to accommodate challenges imposed upon us from COVID-19 lock downs in our own state.

I have stayed at many condos in N Myrtle Beach and they were so nice and clean and provided many beach accessories. Rented this beach house because it advertised that it slept 11. It might sleep 8 college kids comfortably. House was old but ok. I was disappointed when I walked in and realized that this place was smaller than I thought. Place advertised queen beds but they were maybe full beds at best and not comfortable at all, tight for 2 people and really squeaky! Place was roach infested with different-sized roaches, some we found dead and about 8 we killed, a few were huge. I took pictures. It was however, located close to the beach which was nice. Washer/dryer were in a different building and was shared with another house. Only 1 shower inside and one outside which was not cleaned prior to our arrival, many empty containers of shampoos and body washes and a dirty washcloth.

Easy check in and check out; cute little house, short walk (less than 2 blocks) to a nice beach; nice neighborhood and neighbors; Pet friendly rental; location conducive to dog walking and bike riding; 6 blocks from Route 17 in NMB where there are too many restaurants to count, many of which deliver; short car ride to grocery stores, outlet malls, golf courses, and many family friendly businesses; The weather was spectacular too!

We had a great time at Low Tide. The house was very clean and in a great location. It was a quick, easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We were delighted to get to the beach after being cooped up at home! The weather was perfect and house was great for our family. The only things that were not great were the mouse droppings in a drawer in the kitchen and the need to get more linens from the office. We had expected that if it said it sleeps 11 there would be enough bedding and towels for 11 people. Also, the dishwasher broke but repair was quick!
