*****PLEASE NOTE: Building work is scheduled for Mid-March - May of 2024. Contractors need a period of time where the weather is reliable with temperatures above freezing. Expect dust, use of grinders and chipping of cement. There will be noise throughout the building regardless of the floor being worked on. Noisy work will be contained to 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.. Since the work must be completed by the Memorial Day weekend, work hours COULD be extended if there are weather or supply chain delays.*****

Great Condo
Everything was great, from the view, the location and the unit itself. Only suggestion would be to have a code on the door instead of having to keep up with actual keys.

Great price, great view, great location.
We stayed right before the busy season so our price was great. Location was amazing. Not crowded. The condo was spacious. There are no fans in bedrooms so bring your own. Internet was fast. Rokus on each TV. Top floor views were beautiful. Appliances could use an update. The chainlock was broken on our door. All in all, it was great.

Great Vacation
Had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect. Clean, neat, with a great ocean view. It was very comfortable and conveniently located. I like the North Myrtle Beach area because it is quieter than the more southern beaches.

Really nice place
Over all it was a great place. Really enjoyed meeting so many others that were staying at Waterpointe II. I only had two issues, the ice maker didn't work and sliding glass door in master bedroom did not lock. These were reported.

Great place to stay
Everything was great there. Especially the manager Debbie. The only thing was in the balcony we had a closet separating it in half so it was hard to sit and talk with the friends we went with. Rooms were clean. Internet was ok but on the weekend it got really bad.

Nice unit overall. Everything appeared to have been clean and updated recently except the kitchen. Kitchen could use updating or a good deep clean. Internet was terrible which made streaming live/local TV channels difficult to keep up with the weather and news.

Excellent stay!
Our family was moved to this unit mid week after an issue at the previous complex. The unit is beautiful and has everything we needed. The key/lock system could be updated as it was a little tricky to get in the lobby. Also, the wifi could be upgraded. The TV would keep buffering. The pools and hot tub were clean. Overall, great stay!
