Wonderful stay
Fantastic location, lovely condo, small but a perfect size for my husband, adult son and myself. We lucked out with fabulous weather, the beach was a little crowded but just beautiful. Location was extremely convenient and we would absolutely stay again.

A week of happiness

Great Getaway
Excellent week stay. Condo was clean, in excellent repair and provided space that we needed. Easy access and ample parking. The condo is located in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The beach is mere steps away. Staff was exceptional, professional, friendly and helpful. Excellent views from the den, bedroom and balcony. Only difficulties were problems with cable and slow Wi-Fi. Cable did not work appropriately on 2 out of 3 televisions. Will return for future stats.

A Place at the Beach Room 301
Overall it was a nice experience. However, I called two days in a row about the TV remotes not working. The guy came after the first call and said he needed to bring new batteries, but he never came back. I called the 2nd time and no one showed up at all. We went the entire week without a working TV in any of the rooms. No sense in that! Plus it was very unnerving to have the fire alarm go off late Saturday night because a smoke detector in the hall on the second floor was bad. This should be on your regular maintenance schedule to insure routine equipment is maintained. We didn't realize this unit did not have a dishwasher, but we just washed them manually. The property could use some landscaping upkeep. Especially pulling weeds in the rocks around the pool deck. The pool needs to be cleaned every day as well as there was a vomit type substance floating around on top of the water for two days not to mention bugs. A little more attention to detail would be helpful, but overall a nice property.

Steps from the beach.
This is a great location, just steps from the beach and close to many very good restaurants, event theatres and shopping. The unit is small but adequate for two people. The Master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. The second bedroom was very small, the bed felt unstable, squeaky and uncomfortable.

Restful and Quiet
My wife and very much enjoyed our time away. Nice and quiet. It’s a perfect size for two - but we didn’t need the second bedroom. Very sure 3 would fit well too.
