Home is decorated nicely, beds are comfortable. House of luxury with new flat screens throughout and elevator that makes it easy to bring up groceries or simply transition to floors. Look out from the living room or bedrooms and enjoy the ocean views. Pool was warm for April visit. Worth every penny.

Stunning views of the ocean from just about every room. Enjoyed morning’s having coffee on the deck breathing the smell of the ocean. 30 sec walk to beach with easy beach access. Kids spent time at the pool. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Will return again this summer.

Check in process was easy and swift. House is magnificent. Beautiful Views of the ocean from bedrooms, Kitchen and Living room. Stove is brand new looks to be replaced. Elevator is perfect for taking up groceries. Kitchen has everything you need. Enjoyed time at the pool and on the beach. Will rent this house again.

We had a group of 10, we loved the house. Only complaint I would have is if multiple people were showering, you wouldn't have hot water. Overall, I was very happy with house and would stay again!

We were pleased with the property and the rental company. Had excellent check-in/out experience. The beach was pretty much right out the back gate and even in January, we spent a lot of time beachcombing. Furnishings were nice, beds were amazing, everything spotless. Kitchen was well-equipped. Minor downside was the island range not working but there were burners provided and we didn’t really plan to do a lot of cooking anyway. Hot water wasn’t always sufficient if others were showering, but not a big deal. Overall, fabulous time had by all and would def stay again!

Absolutely beautiful unit!!! It is so much space for the whole family with plenty to do. It even has an elevator. The beach view is to die for!!! I gave it a 3 due to not having a working stovetop and having to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner on some burners. The property management company needs to work on their customer service!!! Which is really sad because this is a beautiful home, but I wouldn't book again through North Beach Realty!

Would have to give this place a 5 star rating. Everything you want in a vacation rental. House was clean inside and out. Very spacious and just decorated in good taste. My family and I were satisfied and look forward to returning.

Second year for this rental. Perfect for us. Great kitchen and tv area. Pool was clean and usable this year. Last year was hurricane. Each bedroom has a bathroom big plus. Everything was clean and in order. Three decks. Each functional. Location is also perfect for us eg. golf courses, Restaurants, dance clubs. Should be returning next year. North Beach Realty great to work with.

Excellent spacious accommodation! Nice, quiet, and secured location! A block walk to the beach with a winery, distillery, restaurants and shopping close by. Enjoyed the decks with the beautiful ocean view and private pool. Perfect Getaway!!

Our rental home was absolutely perfect. It had the right amount of space, it was well kept and the kitchen was well equipped. We plan to make this an annual event. The pool area was clean and we liked that it was walking distance from the beach. We had a great time.

This house was absolutely gorgeous. There was more than enough space for everyone. It was furnished with any and everything you could possibly need. What would have made it perfect was if we were able to use the pool when we got there. We arrived on Thursday afternoon, but weren't able to use the pool until Saturday, and we left on Sunday.

My Family went on a beach vacation for my brother and my fiancé birthday! When we arrived I noticed the house was waaayyy bigger than the pictures show! The elevator was an added bonus and the walk to the beach was short. The inside of the house was really clean and kept really well. The yard is fenced in and has a really nice size pool. The pool was not clean when we arrived so we called the property management and they sent someone out in no time. The pool cleaners were not so nice and actually a little rude but I don’t hold that against the management or the property it’s self. A wonderful place to stay and I will definitely book again!

The house offers five en suites plus half bath. Perfect for five couples. Living, dining, kitchen is open concept with lots of space Loved screened in porch. Nice ocean view and easy to walk to beach. Loved garage. Good location. Rental staff very efficient.

Wonderful stay! House accommodated our 5 families; with kids! Pool was great for the kids! Location had some walkability to nearby bar/restaurant. Not a far walk to the beach, but with kiddos...we chose to rent a golf cart.
Some of the bedroom furniture had noticeable wear/tear, but I understand it was end of peak season. Management company was fantastic! Overly communicative to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would rent this home again in the future. Would rent through North Beach Realty again and have already recommended North Beach Realty to a friend!

The house was in the perfect location for us. Kitchen is the perfect size for large families and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The company the manages the property was responsive when we called regarding the cleanliness of the house. We had 12 people in the house and there were so not 5 coffee mugs. The chairs to the island were broken and the bars stools they have their are counter height, not bar height , so it made them non functional. There was plenty of bedding. The elevator was tough. Very sensitive, so if one person didn’t close it properly, it didn’t work. Pool was t clean and the house cleaning left a lot to be desired. Floors were sticky, dust and cobwebs, dirty filter left on the floor. Fridge dirty. If the place would have been cleaned this woukd be a rave review.

Week was great except for the elevator not working for most of the week we were there. The property folks were fantastic trying to get it fixed but unfortunately it took until two days before we left to get it done. Otherwise, you will love the home and all the amenities!

We were extremely lucky this property was available!! Guess it was meant to be!! A property we had reserved for our family vacation 6 months earlier canceled two days before our scheduled arrival. I was convinced that there must be something wrong with the property if it had not been rented by then ....and it was less expensive to boot. To say I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the property would be an understatement! We had 9 people in our group. ... 6 adults and a 6,7 & 11 year old. We parked 3 cars in the garage and used the elevator to get to the 2nd and 3rd level with groceries and luggage, There are 4 nice bedrooms with their own bathrooms on the 2nd level. The master was quite large with king bed, sofa and a chair!. The other bedrooms were roomy and all bedrooms had tvs. Beautiful wood floors throughout the house. The 3rd level also had a nice size bedroom with bathroom and a 1/2 bath. The kitchen was large with island, granite counters and double ovens, tons of cabinets, side by side fridge & a beverage fridge! The furniture throughout was upscale and there was plenty of seating... both for watching tv and for eating in the dining area. The screened porch off this area also had lots of seating. It had a smallish salt water pool which was plenty big enough for the kids to swim or adults to cool off. There is an outside shower and a picnic table and grill under cover . The beach is a short walk away. You can access it by going out the back by pool, down a few steps and then walking about a block , across one road to a public access path.. The beach was very nice and not as crowded as other areas Easy drive to Myrtle Beach and attractions. The only thing that could have made this property any better would for it to have been directly on the beach! We definitely would rent it again!!

Great house! Spacious and bright! Only a 3 minute walk to the beach! We could hear the waves from the screened porch! Our whole family loved the house! Swimming pool was clean and fun for all! Do not bother doing the dolphin or fishing cruises - waste of time.

Overall a very positive experience. Size of home perfect for our party of 15. Nice pool and excellent proximity to beach. Screened in porch was a big hit. There were a few minor maintenance type issues but nothing that was major. Nice house- excellent location.

This place was perfect for our group. We were celebrating a 40th birthday with friends and family. The house was great for entertaining - we took advantage of the kitchen and grill for some meals. The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing in the morning and winding down at night. The place was big enough for everyone to have privacy and do their own thing. Loved the short walk to the beach too! The elevator is a nice touch too! It was a great way to bring in luggage and groceries, and to use when our legs were tired from walking. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would definitely stay here again with a group.

It was a very nice stay. The outside of the house need a better picture taken because it’s really nice and a great location to the beach and about 10 minutes from the outlet mall. A lot of stores about 5 to 7 minutes away from the house. You have a lot of kids friendly events near by and parking at the house was great. I would stay at this location again. The elevator was a plus and the rooms was big.

We had an amazing weekend at Promises Fulfilled. The house was perfect!!! The property was clean and just as described. A couple of maintenance items would be the screen porch door on the 3rd floor needs to be replaced/repaired, it could become a hazzard. We are really hoping to book our stay here again next year.

Our family loved Promises Fulfilled. My 6 year old grandson said it was “totally awesome”. The property was very clean and in a perfect location. The house was nicely furnished. Loved the master suite. It does need more cookware and some deck chairs replaced. The blinds also need some work. The elevator did not work upon our arrival but maintenance was there in just a very short time and solved the problem. He was very professional and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The five bedroom with private baths is great for any family or couples! The location to the beach it’s great. However; the elevator did not work. The living room and kitchen counter was very dusty. But I found the swifter broom and I pack Clorox wipes. I was able to clean the dust away before the other couples arrived.

Our large extended family (13) rented this house. Plenty of space, lots of decks and porches, large kitchen. House was clean and generally in good shape. A few small maintenance items were a concern. The elevator never worked. But overall we were satisfied. The proximity to the beach was great - just across the street and down a path. The private pool was a great plus that we used all the time. House was clean and reasonably well equipped.
Would recommend.

We normally stay at a resort every year we come but decided to do a private home this year and we’re very satisfied. The home was very spacious and immaculate and the pool was very enjoyable for the kids with the beach being only steps away. My entire family of 13 was so pleased that we can’t wait to rent again next year. Our only complaint was the elevator not working which would have came in handy with the luggage and groceries but the owner compensated us which was very nice and after the first day we didn’t even need the elevator because the outside steps made it easy to go from floor to floor. Overall the house is amazing.

This was an Amazing beach house and very spacious quite and very relaxing. Location is exquisite, plenty of attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. It is literally few steps from the ocean.The swimming pool was nice and very clean without forgetting about 4 cars garage and an Elevator! WOW!. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need from appliances to tableware . I will definitely come back again and again. So relaxed after a wonderful vacation at Promises Fulfilled. House was very clean down to the bedding & linens. Decorated with fine taste. Pool & outdoor shower kept the kids occupied. Many indoor games for us to play when it rained. Flat screen TVs in every room if your into watching tv. Location is a plus. Cooked most nights but so many restaurants & attractions close by. The rental office is helpful and close by in case something goes wrong. I give it 5 stars!!! ?

I had a wonderful time at promises fulfilled. Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and spent countless hours at the beach within steps of the house. Took in the ocean views and sunsets each night from the oversized balconies and bedrooms. House is very clean and decorated with fine detail as reflected in the pictures. My wife and I celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary with our friends and 2 children. Enjoyed this beach house from the moment we entered. The elevator took us up from the garage to the 3rd floor making unpacking easy & efficient. The kitchen is beautiful with enough seating to accommodate our 14 guest. Views of the ocean throughout the entire home. The pool was nice and clean but could use some more pool chairs. Double ovens were a plus when preparing meals. House is laid out nicely. Can’t wait to come back!!!

The bedding, towels, furniture, tvs, and direct tv service must be updated. They need to have pool, porch, and patio furniture. The 3 “beach” chairs are rusted and filthy and broken.

This was a perfect Christmas getaway with our extended family. The elevator made unpacking and packing very convenient and allowed our elderly mother to move to other floors with ease. Kitchen was well stocked and so were the bathrooms (plenty of washcloths and towels). Home is beautiful, clean and can accommodate a large family.

This house was magnificent. Perfect location one block from the beach. From the backside balconies and roof of the house you can see the ocean (that’s how close it is). Ideal location for North Myrtle Beach/Downtown Myrtle Beach golf courses. Short drive to countless activities. A great stay!

We had a great experience. Easy walk to beach. Kids loved the pool. Good central location for NMB restaurants and other attractions. Clean, well maintained. Only one minor complaint - it could use a more complete set of pots and pans and knives. Oh, and get some new chairs for the pool deck.

Unfortunately, due to weather, the house was unavailable for guest occupancy because the pool fence would not have been competed in time for their arrival. Per the city inspector, no one (other then the contractors) were permitted to be onsite until the fence was complete and the pool passed inspection. We sincerely apologize for having to cancel last minute but were glad that we were unable to relocate these guests to another property.
