Waterpointe II is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is located just a couple of minutes from Barefoot Landing. Sit back and relax while watching folks on the beach or head down to the beach and enjoy a nice walk or frolicking in the Atlantic Ocean.

When it is time for dinner this condo has all that you will need to make a meal or head out to Barefoot Landing, located about 1 mile away for a good meal at the many restaurants that are available for your indulgence. Then take a relaxing stroll through the many shops that are available at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach.

Since the work must be completed by the Memorial Day weekend, work hours COULD be extended if there are weather or supply chain delays.*****

Sea Breeze
We had a wonderful vacation while staying at this condo. The condo is in WaterPoint II and we prefer to stay at this location when we come to NMB! This is our first time staying at this condo. It did not disappoint! This location is family friendly and relaxing!

This was an excellent unit in very good condition. My only problem is that the owner does not provide cable or steaming service. No Hulu Apple or YouTube TV. This should be part of the rental

Spring Break 2023
The condo was clean and well supplied (except coffee filters....bring them, there is not a reusable filter in the coffee maker). The condo has an amazing view of the ocean. There was plenty of parking across the street and the property was well maintained.

Great roomy rental
We would stay again. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were super comfy. Close to shopping and restaurants. Ocean front with beautiful views

Very nice corner room, clean, beachy vibe, great view!
Our vacation was wonderful another soul enriching experience at North Myrtle. With that said the check in process was horrible, you could literally feel the animosity. There were people waiting for hours cranky, tired, hungry, and frustrated. People wre yelling, babies crying and 50 people crammed in the office. Plus the office was decorated with a plethora of political hate and instead of playing a beach movie like finding nemo they had fox news and newsmax spewing more political hate a very negative start to what was another wonderful vacation.

Nice Vacation Place
We have stayed in this units the last two years.
We love the location. It would be nice if a few things that could be updated. The couch is showing wear. The coffee pot could be updated. The pots and pans are hard to clean so we don't use them.

The Best beach front condo ever.
This beautiful beach front condo made our vacation the best one yet. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home. The entire condo is clean,spacious, modern & spectacular. We really loved the balcony & the view of the beach. The condo complex & amenities are great.

Nice condo
Very nice ocean front condo in a good location. The balcony was smaller than the pictures appeared. There was dirty silverware in the drawer when we arrived so we had to rewash everything but otherwise a good experience.

Beautiful well equipped Confo!
Beautiful and clean condo with everything we needed. Every room was spotless and well maintained. Perfect amount of space for our group...we were worried the bunk room would be small but it exceeded our expectations. The property it self was well maintained and kept clean. Will definitely look to see if this unit is for rent when we return.

A very pleasant stay
Very pleasant stay at this location in the 3-bedroom unit, though our two weeks were prematurely cut short to one week by the COVID-19 crisis. Unit had everything. Very comfortable.
