We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Its proximity to the beach, excellent shopping, and dining options made our experience truly fantastic. It was an amazing and seamless stay the entire time. The property was very nice and clean and located a block from the beach. The staff was always available and very helpful.

Rental is in a good location. Kitchen was not well stocked with basic items (no pan for baking/cooking), limited silverware. Probably needs an inventory refresh prior to prime beach season.

1 block from the beach, nice quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shopping in easy reach. There were a couple minor maintenance issues that were quickly addressed. We would book this one again.

The space was reasonably price and reflected such. It was close to the beach and there was ample outdoor space for entertaining. The appliances worked well and there was plenty of hot water for showers.
I would have liked it better if the dryer could dry more than 2-3 towels at once, if the chain catch on the screen door wasn't missing (constant concern that the wind would slam it into the stairwell landing), if the transitional step between the main stairs and the step down was clearly marked (trip hazard), and if parking was more clearly marked.

Checking in with North Beach Realty was very friendly and effortless.

The Flip Flop Inn was clean and looked and felt recently updated. The two high top tables suited us very well. Big clean fridge. Rooms are spacious and mattresses were very comfortable. Nice bedding, lots of pillows to choose from.

Outdoor seating was nicely shaded. Lots of choices where to sit.

We very much enjoyed the brand new BBQ.

Great location close to beach and Nature Preserve. Good to observe the sunset at the boat launch.

We would vacation there again.

We planned a last minute trip to visit a sick relative and didn't need anything special, however the Flip Flop Inn is special! It is perfectly decorated, super clean, had all the things we needed and then some. We were close to the beach and able to walk over a few times just to put our feet in the sand. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Flip Flop Inn for Dec, Jan & Feb, 2022/23. The house is so roomy and very, very nicely decorated. Everything we needed was included to make it feel more like home. We loved the location: being able to enjoy my morning cup of tea and look out the wall of windows to the channel was a great plus, and the location was only about a block to the beach. North Beach Realty was great to work with - no issues whatsoever. Any questions I had were answered right away. This is an awesome place for a vacation be it winter for summer.

We had a lovely time and the rental was beautiful and very clean. Our only issue was working the TV but there was so many other things to do and see we didn't mind at all.

We loved staying at Flip Flop Inn. Our stay is for 3 months. Everything is clean, everything we need is here. We are close to the beach and also have a view of a channel. Very nicely decorated, very comfortable, very spacious. We loved it here.

It was pleasure to stay in this home away from home. Spacious, picturesque and dog friendly! Girls from agency was amazing and very helpful. In many years of travel it was first time when I love a kitchen, what was very equipped, organized and pleasantly well set. View from a windows was nice, too. Looking forward to visiting again

We loved this property’s proximity to the beach and ability to have our pets join us. There was a great outdoor area for dining. The mattresses need updating, and a better cleaning to remove pet hair from prior visits would have made this stay top notch. The only other aspect that we had an issue with was that the rental company gave us the improper lock code, which made for a bumpy start.

Overall our vacation was wonderful. I would definitely stay at this house again. The check in was easy. The staff were very quick to return my questions via email. The only thing I would suggest is that the yard and flower beds required some attention. We did travel with our dogs. Apparently there is "sand burrs" that grow in some of the yards. The burrs would get stuck in my dogs paws and they hurt very bad. Also, someone came to spay for bugs in side the house while we were there. We told them they could not spray while our dogs were there, that man said "just don't let the dogs lick it". He left. If would would have known ahead of time, perhaps we could have left with the dogs. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
